To Provide, Tailor, and Fulfill the Services (including AI Processing): We use your contact, transaction, and customization data to process payments, generate your bespoke storybook, and deliver the final PDF file to your inbox. This includes securely transmitting your uploaded photographs to specialized third-party artificial intelligence (AI) image processing and digital illustration tools strictly to map facial features and render your custom artwork.
Marketing and Advertising (Adult Customer Data Only): We use adult contact details and usage data to send marketing communications (such as promotional emails or launch discounts) and to show online advertisements for our products. We NEVER use uploaded photographs of children, names, or child customization data for marketing, social media, or advertising campaigns without separate, explicit written consent from the parent.
Security and Fraud Prevention: To authenticate accounts, provide a secure payment experience, detect and investigate suspicious activity, and protect our website from malicious bots or scraping tools.

5. Children’s Privacy, COPPA Compliance & Strict 30-Day Deletion

SipurMe’s products are children's storybooks, but our website and services are directed exclusively at adults (parents, relatives, and legal guardians). We do not knowingly market to or collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

In compliance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), all child-related data (including facial photographs, names, and ages) is submitted strictly by consenting adults for the transaction-specific purpose of fulfilling a personalized product.

Our Strict Data Retention & Deletion Pledge: We treat your family's privacy and your child's facial image with the highest level of security and care:

Uploaded photographs of children are used exclusively by our design workflow and secure AI tools to create your ordered product.
All uploaded photographs of children, reference files, and generated likenesses are permanently and securely deleted from our active servers, Shopify backend, and third-party AI processing tools within 30 days of order fulfillment.
We never sell, rent, trade, or share photographs of minors with any data broker, advertiser, or external third party for any reason outside of direct order fulfillment.
